CA Nilesh Gadhave

Completed in 2022, CA Nilesh Gadhave in Nashik takes an existing shell as its starting point, reworking it from within rather than beginning from a blank site. Space planning came first — a clear organisation of use, movement, and privacy within the existing structure — before any material or finish was chosen. Texture, light, and a restrained material palette give the space its character, favouring quality of detail over decoration.

The space was designed to support its daily use first, with atmosphere and character following from that clarity of purpose. It reflects the studio's continuing pursuit of sense, sensibility, and space — order, depth, and life, brought together in one address.
