In Nashik, Cosmos Chember brings together 7,473 sqm of residential space, completed in 2026, organised around the everyday rhythms of the families who call it home. A considered grid and a clear structural logic give the building its order, so that scale never tips into anonymity. Light and ventilation were treated as design drivers from the earliest massing studies, not resolved later at the window-schedule stage.

Each unit opens toward light and outlook wherever the site allowed, so residents experience the building through daily moments of arrival and pause, not just square footage. Like all our work, it is built on the belief that architecture should be inhabited, not merely occupied.
