Nature's Pride

Nature's Pride occupies 2,249 sqm in Nashik, completed in 2024, and was designed as a vertical neighbourhood rather than a stack of identical units. Geometry and proportion set the underlying order — a grid disciplined enough to organise many households, flexible enough to let each unit find its own orientation. Every unit was designed to catch daylight and air on at least two sides, a small discipline that changes how a home feels through the day.

The ground floor was treated as the building's most public room — a threshold between the street and the private life above it. It stands as part of MJ Architects' ongoing exploration of how sense, sensibility, and space come together in the built environment.
