Paramkaruna Apartment

Set in Nashik and completed in 2026, Paramkaruna Apartment is a 1,051 sqm apartment community built on a simple premise: that density need not come at the cost of light, air, or privacy. Geometry and proportion set the underlying order — a grid disciplined enough to organise many households, flexible enough to let each unit find its own orientation. Every unit was designed to catch daylight and air on at least two sides, a small discipline that changes how a home feels through the day.

The ground floor was treated as the building's most public room — a threshold between the street and the private life above it. For us, it is one more attempt to bring sense and sensibility into balance — structure with clarity, material with warmth.
