Raj Crest

Raj Crest is a 13,355 sqm residential development in Nashik, completed in 2019, conceived as a community shaped as much by shared life as by private dwelling. Geometry and proportion set the underlying order — a grid disciplined enough to organise many households, flexible enough to let each unit find its own orientation. Every unit was designed to catch daylight and air on at least two sides, a small discipline that changes how a home feels through the day.

The ground floor was treated as the building's most public room — a threshold between the street and the private life above it. It reflects the studio's continuing pursuit of sense, sensibility, and space — order, depth, and life, brought together in one address.
