Raj Tower

Raj Tower, completed in 2017 in Nashik, spans 8,776 sqm — a scale that asked us to design not just units, but a shared address. A considered grid and a clear structural logic give the building its order, so that scale never tips into anonymity. Light and ventilation were treated as design drivers from the earliest massing studies, not resolved later at the window-schedule stage.

Each unit opens toward light and outlook wherever the site allowed, so residents experience the building through daily moments of arrival and pause, not just square footage. The result is a project that measures itself not only by how it looks, but by how it is lived in.
