Sahebrao Waghere

Completed in 2021 in Nashik, Sahebrao Waghere reimagines an interior from within — space planning, material, and light resolved together rather than treated as separate decisions. The plan was organised around use and flow first, so that every finish decision that followed had a clear spatial logic to sit within. A restrained material and lighting palette was chosen deliberately, so the space reads as considered rather than decorated.

The result is a space organised around how it is actually used — movement, pause, and gathering — rather than around a fixed idea of how it should look. For us, it is one more attempt to bring sense and sensibility into balance — structure with clarity, material with warmth.
