Shri Ravi Enclave

Shri Ravi Enclave is a 4,849 sqm residential development in Nashik, completed in 2013, conceived as a community shaped as much by shared life as by private dwelling. A considered grid and a clear structural logic give the building its order, so that scale never tips into anonymity. Light and ventilation were treated as design drivers from the earliest massing studies, not resolved later at the window-schedule stage.

Each unit opens toward light and outlook wherever the site allowed, so residents experience the building through daily moments of arrival and pause, not just square footage. It reflects the studio's continuing pursuit of sense, sensibility, and space — order, depth, and life, brought together in one address.
