Dr. Vivek Patil

Dr. Vivek Patil occupies an existing structure in Nashik, completed in 2019, reworked from within to suit the life and use it now holds. The layout was resolved as a sequence of zones defined by use and light, giving the interior a legible order within its existing walls. Every finish and fixture was chosen for how it performs and feels over years of use, not just on the day of handover.

Every zone was designed around the specific task or moment it needed to hold, so the interior functions as intended long after the finishes are chosen. It reflects the studio's continuing pursuit of sense, sensibility, and space — order, depth, and life, brought together in one address.
