Mhada Satpur

Mhada Satpur is a 4,953 sqm residential development in Nashik, completed in 2024, conceived as a community shaped as much by shared life as by private dwelling. The massing steps and folds in response to the site's edges, turning setbacks and orientation requirements into the building's defining geometry rather than its compromise. Balcony depth, window proportion, and material texture were treated as amenities in themselves, not afterthoughts to the plan.

Circulation is generous enough to function as informal gathering space, encouraging the everyday exchange that makes a building feel inhabited rather than occupied. It reflects the studio's continuing pursuit of sense, sensibility, and space — order, depth, and life, brought together in one address.
