Prathmesh Park

Completed in 2019, Prathmesh Park is a 7,977 sqm residential project in Nashik that treats scale as a question of community, not just capacity. Geometry and proportion set the underlying order — a grid disciplined enough to organise many households, flexible enough to let each unit find its own orientation. Every unit was designed to catch daylight and air on at least two sides, a small discipline that changes how a home feels through the day.

The ground floor was treated as the building's most public room — a threshold between the street and the private life above it. In the end, it is measured less by its elevation than by how naturally it has been taken up by the people who use it.
