Rukmini Park

Completed in 2020, Rukmini Park is a 560 sqm residential project in Nashik that treats scale as a question of community, not just capacity. A considered grid and a clear structural logic give the building its order, so that scale never tips into anonymity. Light and ventilation were treated as design drivers from the earliest massing studies, not resolved later at the window-schedule stage.

Each unit opens toward light and outlook wherever the site allowed, so residents experience the building through daily moments of arrival and pause, not just square footage. In the end, it is measured less by its elevation than by how naturally it has been taken up by the people who use it.
